Corners Dryout & Restoration is a water damage and mold remediation company based in Peachtree Corners. The team has more than 19 years of experience in the trade. We run a service area business, which means there is no storefront. The crews come to you.
We named the company for the city we live in and for the way a drying job feels to the customer: the corners of a room, the corners of a wall, the places water likes to hide.
What we are good at
Our work centers on the problems this part of Georgia actually has. Clay-soil basements, wet crawl spaces, storm runoff, burst pipes in attics and empty houses, hidden moisture and mold. Each of the 15 services on this site is written around those problems.

How we work
We start with safety, then the source, then the water. Before we leave, we know how wet the structure is and how we will prove it is dry. We come back every day with a meter, not just to check on the equipment.
We tell you plainly what we can and cannot do. We do not repair foundations, plumbing or drains, and we do not sell waterproofing systems. When the real fix belongs to another trade, we say so and give them the readings.
